This collection is inspired by unsent letters written to a friend during the height of Kiki's first experience with clinical depression. Each letter describes the feelings and thoughts experienced on a specific day, and in turn, each painting is based of off one letter.
Using a combination of Payne's Grey and Warm White, each painting brings to life the emotions of the letter it is based on. Heavy palette knife strokes embody frustration, anger, sadness, and confusion, while the gold leaf represents the few days where a form of hope or happiness was expressed in the letter.

This collection is inspired by emotions experienced from the loss of an 11 year friendship and the regression to a pretty bad depression that followed soon after.
Continuing where Dear Emily left off, the paintings in this series maintain the colours of the Dear Emily series, with the added addition of lighter blues. Texture has been amplified with the inclusion of embroidery and bead work.
